Customer Service Representative: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing great service to customer by answering questions, providing product information, and handling orders, payments, and returns.


  • Walk-in customers and phone calls are main priority
  • Listen and respond positively and quickly to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Prepare quotes, take orders and answer customer questions and requests
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Handle returns or complaints
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Restock merchandise in front retail area
  • After hours on-call rotation

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service experience


  • Bilingual ( Spanish)
  • Knowledgeable of Company's Product & Services ( Agriculture)

Physical Demands & Abilities:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp, grip, walk, and stand
  • Occasionally climb and sit
  • Follow Safety requirements: safety glasses, hearing protection, protective footwear and gloves
  • Additional protective equipment may be required depending on task or job duty performed
